In this role, you will support and drive the lean manufacturing system; assign work; and recommend and implement improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, employee relations, and working conditions.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating production operations for the entire plant or portion of the plant in a team-based environment. The incumbent is responsible for the effective administration of policies and procedures and utilization of all resources to optimize operational efficiency, material utilization, and labor flexibility.
In this role, the selected candidate will assure compliance to appropriate regulatory requirements; initiate corrective activities when not in compliance and informs departmental Lead Business Unit Coordinator of noncompliance and proposed corrective activities.
In this role, you will evaluate and recommend quality improvement activities to best meet the needs of the health plan and the Company. Participate in projects or work initiatives that improve processes and patient services. Partner with the Quality Nurse team to conduct reviews and provide performance feedback.
