Provide leadership to drive continuous improvement in process reliability, product quality, operating cost and asset readiness, and will be responsible for ensuring the facility meets company expectations for production scheduling, inventory control, operating rate, fiber recovery, and facility financial performance.
The Maintenance Manager will insure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for maintenance program.
Simultaneously managing multiple projects through all phases of production including oversight of in house design teams creating industry leading electro-mechanical machinery, subcontractors manufacturing and fabricating custom components, product assembly teams and final product testing engineers before systems ship to client facility.
Proactively review and coordinate established procedures, systems and standards for overall operations with relevant senior leadership; implement new policies, procedures and process improvements through partnership with supervisors.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the daily operations in the assigned facility; this candidate will handle the continuous improvement, quality, production and budgets and other related plant management functions.
Provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing team in areas such as safety, planning, cost, efficiency, quality, and customer service; manage the manufacturing scheduling process to meet the customers expectation, by optimizing the use of plant resources to complete assigned tasks.
