The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans which will include strategies and tactics such as tradeshow planning and execution, marketing campaign development and measurement(digital & printed), sales tool development and implementation, sales lead nurturing and support, client event planning and coordination.
The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for playing a critical advisory role to the CEO of Safety & Productivity Solutions business in helping set strategy and operational plans to drive the growth, profitability in the business.
Support the implementation and management of customer Joint Business Planning (JBP) process and related tools to ensure successful planning for near- and long-term activities across the corporations key customers and channels.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have exceptional writing/editing skills (medical communications experience helpful) and marketing experience, with a project management focus. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with and manage through a cross section of technical and business leads required.
This position will include analyzing and interpreting sales/profit, end user and competitive data to support daily decision-making. This position is a key partner to the sales and the product teams to drive significant business growth and will work with channel, customers, end-users, and operations team.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, campaign mapping and planning with knowledge of content/web management, digital development, digital strategy, digital analytics, SEM, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing and online lead generation.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure overall success of marketing technology implementations, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health.
