The Director, Information Security is responsible for leading a technical security team (Blue Team), penetration testing team (Red Team), Security Operations Center (SOC) and a security governance team.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with peers in Infrastructure and Operations to ensure common infrastructure is functioning and kept current such as that exists in our primary and backup data centers.
The goal of the Phoenix project is to make our Order to Cash cycle more efficient by reducing our Days Sales Outstanding and Bad Debt along with a major technology uplift from our age-ing COBOL/Mainframe systems to a distributed, scalable architecture.
Responsible for the overall availability, performance optimization, security, and health of the companys voice communications infrastructure, data communications infrastructure and mobility infrastructure.
