In this role, you will participate in onboarding of new associates including conducting new hire orientation, benefits orientation, and ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the organization.
This position will be a part of the HR Team responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the businesses.Depending on experience, the selected person will be assigned a specific business. Human Resource experience in manufacturing or call center environments is desirable.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals; recommend new approaches, policies,and procedures to continuously improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall assisting in administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function including, but not limited to, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
