The Facilities Manager will have oversight to the day to day activities of the maintenance organization. This includes team development and training, monitoring service contracts and budget compliance and making sound decisions as it pertains to equipment related malfunctions
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparation of presentations, decision proposals, price comparisons, cost estimates and investment requests. Responsible for the alignment of service levels and costs for Corporate Facilities & Services and providing regularly reports to senior management.
The Facility Manager will also provide input on capital expense projects and various system changes. Another essential responsibility will be to provide oversight to safety programs and ensure proper training and techniques are used.
Manages the design, planning, acquisition, construction, installation, maintenance, alterations, servicing, and repair of all equipment, buildings, and grounds. Staff includes maintenance technicians and contractors.
