The Facility Manager will also provide input on capital expense projects and various system changes. Another essential responsibility will be to provide oversight to safety programs and ensure proper training and techniques are used.
Develops operational component forecasts and is able to explain variances. Responsible for component's accounting functions and budget including; including labor costs, supply costs, inventories, and ensures services are in agreement between company and the Client.
The Facilities Manager will have oversight to the day to day activities of the maintenance organization. This includes team development and training, monitoring service contracts and budget compliance and making sound decisions as it pertains to equipment related malfunctions
