The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to assist the Project Coordinator and / or General Manager in recruiting, hiring, directing Field Employees, and to assist in maintaining a quality workforce.
In this role, you will utilize established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment as well as given the opportunity to develop your own creative recruiting methods.
Research and recommend progressive and innovative recruiting sourcing techniques that will enhance overall organizational effectiveness and enhance the ability of the company and function to meet its strategic business goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with internal clients to assist them with all staffing needs (sourcing strategy, developing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, candidate closing and negotiations, etc).
In this role you will coordinate the employment process for the Health System including the preparation of personnel requisitions and posting of job openings, screening employment applications, scheduling interviews with managers, and reviewing background / reference checks.
