In this role, you will be responsible for organizing cross-functional development teams, selecting project champions, and guiding these teams through the new product development and innovation process, commercial scale-up, and launch implementation phases.
The chosen candidate will become a key member of the executive administrative leadership team and holds leadership responsibility for all technically related laboratory operations, service levels, operational budgets and implementation of strategies related to the business functions and patient care activities within the service line across all main campus hospitals, regional hospitals, family health centers and organizations reference laboratory.
In this role, you will leads and mentors managers and team members; provides direction through development plans and performance evaluations, monitors workload, project workloads and responsibilities in support of the vision, goals and standards of behavior.
