In this role, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
Work with marketing and sales to determine what kind of information we need to analytically assess market opportunity. Information may include TAM, share of wallet, industry trends, new market opportunities, new products in the pipeline.

Create and execute sales initiatives that cultivate retail business including the creation of wholesale and retail sales programs, , dealer stocking programs, quick build initiatives, and activities targeting select customer segments.
Responsible for setting and implementing sales tool strategy for SPS. Includes broad assessment of current sales pain points and general roadblocks to more effective selling that could be ameliorated or aided by selling tools in the marketplace.
Provides renewal sales expertise and gives direction to Inside Sales, Renewal Account Executives (RAE) on the 2-50 block of renewal business. RAEs have a dotted line to the Director of Account Management.
The role will allow you to further your own professional development as you grow the business with them. A strong business presentations and project management background with top retailers (super- / hyper-markets.)
As the Sales Director, you will work independently, calling on all sized businesses across the U.S; this role is a true hunter, cold-calling, prospecting role that requires commitment and self motivation.
