The Business Analyst will act as a communication conduit between key system users and the IT development team to translate business needs into project requirements as well as advise the Delivery Manager of future business applications needs in order to formulate and recommend project strategies to keep pace with business demands.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for requirements elicitation, understanding the business and making recommendations for improvement and analyzing the requirements to determine the system needs to fulfill those requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for data collection, data input and/or aggregation and data auditing to support accurate key metric reporting and analysis performed by the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and producing written specifications for new and existing Investment Trading systems; work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
The selected candidate will manage application support; analysis, maintenance, enhancement and training.Ensure communications and processes with business unit customers are consistent across the entire team.
