The selected candidate will work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.

be evaluating agency needs, as-is and to-be business processes, and technical designs to provide analysis and advice on strategies for information technology solutions and non-technical solutions.
The candidate is required to monitor, evaluate, and analyze the financial performance of assigned programs or business areas. Reports directly to the Business Manager, and has accountability over specific areas of responsibility that are required to support the program or business area. Position has significant contact with individuals inside and outside the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and producing written specifications for new and existing Investment Trading systems; work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
In this role, you will gather local requests, check severity levels, assess solution impacts and sizing, core and standard alternatives, contribute to the Review committees and lead Qualification committees.
In this role, you will work with UX designers, creative designers, developers, and project managers to create work breakdown documents. Work breakdowns will be evaluated and estimated to determine a competent expectation of work and delivery.
