The Branch Operations Manager oversees all administrative, personnel and internal functions of the branch location. He or she will also provide strong leadership to assigned staff to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity and quality.
In this role, you will manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including individual expectations for outside business development. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members.

In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong people management experience with variety of operations disciplines; inventory management, inside sales management, and quality & safety regulation knowledge.
The Operations Manager supervises the daily operations of one or more Spider branch rental locations and is responsible for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and market goodwill. The Managers core responsibility is to plan, schedule and direct branch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction, increase revenue and increase productivity.
In this role, you will be responsible for the goal achievement, coordination of account activities, development of market and opportunity strategies to maximize system and equipment sales in branch territories with equipment agents.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing profitability and operations of a thriving residential Real Estate office. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching sales associates and staff, as well as encourage the use of preferred services. This position will participate in local community events and functions and continue to seek ways to continuous upon sales volume, brand awareness and service.
The successful candidate will possess the skills to oversee customer service; a small team of sales staff; truck drivers; warehouse and inside personnel directly manage a 25,000-square ft. warehouse and indirectly two smaller warehouses.
