The Strategy and initiatives Manager is responsible for supporting the build-out of the Global Client Coverage initiative strategically and operationally, and developing and leading strategic/business development projects in close collaboration with relevant business segments.

In this role, you will monitor and report the productivity of staff and adhering to work plan schedules on each assignment. He / She will provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, or tech transfer of all methods for testing and release of inprocess, and release testing for biological products and reference materials.
In this role, you will provide systems level guidance and instruction to the quality department as well as the overall operation to ensure that all are working towards the same set of goals and requirements.
The selected candidate will supervise visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and materials to conform to established standards of quality, either in the raw state or after various stages of manufacturing.
In this position, you will review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement. This review includes verification of appropriate documentation, quality of care provided, visits utilization, appropriate contacts with physicians, adherence to the care plan, and evidence of communication between disciplines.
