The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for retaining, maintaining, and expanding business withcurrent customers and developing new business for vehicle and/or stationary airflow cooling, HVAC, and other airflow cooling needs.
Maintains positive working relationships with plant management, union leadership and employees to foster harmonious relationships while acting in the best interest of the Company. Provides employee relations and labor relations advice to plant personnel.
You will provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the sales specialists in order to achieve performance objectives; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring and utilization of resources aligned with organizational vision.
Adept in developing business through both direct and indirect channels; manage and develop new business revenue with existing channel partners; evaluate, introduce and support new channel partners where strategically necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving the sales results for the assigned trade area to all key markets for the company's different product groups by maintaining strong account contact and by working with and managing the activities of the Manufacturers Representatives personnel.
In this role, the successful candidate will achieve sales objectives and growth rate targets for geographic region assigned by maintaining and expanding customer base and managed assigned dealer network and full line selling.
