In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to coordinate activities surrounding Product Rationalization and End of Life (EOL) processes, Engineering Change Implementation, new Product Introduction, plus Excess and Obsolete inventory management.
The Special Projects Manager/Estimator will be responsible for meeting revenue and gross profit goals, assuring the work is completed accurately, on time, within budget, and to the customers satisfaction while adhering to the guidelines established in the Limbach Service System.
Assists with customer service issues and contractor questions and support. Process mail for office recipients. Manage office operations to include maintenance of office-supply inventory, facilities/vendor management, and ensuring office environment is maintained and orderly to present a professional image to contractors and other visitors as well as adhere to the honeywell safety and visual management standards.
In this role, you will monitors project costs and quality to ensure the profitability and technical performance of the project and develops innovative actions to correct variances to scope, budget and/or schedule.
