Maintains positive working relationships with plant management, union leadership and employees to foster harmonious relationships while acting in the best interest of the Company. Provides employee relations and labor relations advice to plant personnel.
Provide consultation on talent management, recruiting and selection of new hires, employee relations, performance management, safety, education / training, work systems, change management, compensation, and diversity and compliance requirements.
Leads hr initiatives for the site: partners with site and hr leadership to identify hr priorities; develops and implements holistic solutions; and measures success. Examples of initiatives include creating a culture of excellence and leadership development.
