Code, test and maintain application software for long-term use
Development of new application software to include needs analysis, system design, and preparation of specifications, program and procedure coding and testing.
Serve as a full-stack software engineer, performing requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis and resolution.
Conduct research, investigation, and analysis in connection with assigned planning or other assigned projects, to ensure conformance to requirements. 6. Investigate and assist in preparing justification for equipment and facility improvements
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer operates within the Charleston, SC Machining Center of Excellence and will focus on execution and implementation of best machining practices, including process troubleshooting and improvement, new product introduction, and advancements in machining technologies.
Ability to work with business management and other stakeholders to gather, understand and document business processes and project requirements, and to translate them into functional and/or technical specifications.
Analyze the needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems, develop technical, structural, and organizational specifications, and create standards and models to monitor and enhance capacity and performance.
Perform technical studies and conduct analysis of operations (existing or proposed). Define equipment/tooling needs and implement correct methods of manufacturing (including sequence of operations and detailed methodology of complex assemblies and installations as well as detail components) to optimize production process.
