The Associate Account Executive plays an important role in achieving both team and individual sales goals on an on - going basis. The Associate Account Executive will work with the Enterprise sales team and sales management to develop and execute a territory plan for the Enterprise inside accounts.
Development of a strategic sales plan to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the assigned territory; manage lead qualification and conversion from interested Community College prospects.

Work with engineering production team leaders from each marketing segment to understand their teams markets, communicate their differentiators, develop and execute strategic business development plans, oversee lead generation/tracking, develop/maintain client relations, and identify project opportunities.
Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas; planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Development of high-quality client proposals and presentations that effectively communicate organizational and mission impact. Use / maintenance of internal sales tools for CRM and pipeline management.
Work across internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Professional Services, Customer Support, Legal, and SDO to develop and maintain and up-to-date knowledge library.
Be responsible for searching out and acquiring new pharmaceutical & biotech projects and products; knowledgeably represents the company in multiple development & manufacturing technologies (Drug Substance, Drug Product, Analytical Services & Testing).
Develops and maintains a strong base of working knowledge of the retail and alternate care customers and markets through the use of ABDC training, District Director coaching, display of market/customer business curiosity, industry information and company literature, which allows for successful execution of ABDC sales strategies and commercial insights.
