In this role, the selected candidate will provide strategic direction and input regarding overall Human Resource strategies that support the culture, company direction, and the growth needs of the business and employees.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience designing, planning & implementing human resources programs and policies for: staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training and health & safety.
In this role, the candidate will assist with development and implementation of programs to source, recruit, hire, develop and train Management associates to fill vacancies and to provide candidates for the future growth of the Company.
The selected candidate will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
In this role, you will maintain accurate service records for inactive employees, records that are in compliance with federal, state and local laws and appropriate affirmative action reports, and all other required reports.
In this role, you will participate in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will also work with departmental management to ensure that Safety Training is alive and well in departmental meetings.
