In this role, you will promote and participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies which deliver accurate, consistent and timely information on business issues and employee concerns.
Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the hr function for given customer/business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan. This role supports inputs into as well as the execution of a strategic workforce plan in their respective area of the business. This role is responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our centers of excellence to deliver effective solutions. This position will support part(s) of functional groups that are comparatively significantly complex.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals; recommend new approaches, policies,and procedures to continuously improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
