The Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) is responsible for the daily operations of all Parallon managed facility-based revenue cycle functions and serves as the on-site liaison between the facility and Parallon Client Relations or the Service Center.

The Director will maintain a comfortable physical environment for patients, employees, medical staff and the public in accordance with policies, procedures and standards of Columbia/HCA, JCAHO, DHEC, CMS federal, regional and local agencies.
Responsible for setting and implementing sales tool strategy for the business. Includes broad assessment of current sales pain points and general roadblocks to more effective selling that could be ameliorated or aided by selling tools in the marketplace.
The Director will serve as a leader for executing mid and long range strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance while managing operational short range planning and execution related to disease site performance, marketing and compliance.
