In this role, you will assists with long-term maintenance issues related to projects managed. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires: bachelors degree (bs) or equivalent in architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, building science or a related field, eight to ten years related experience and/or training.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for all those required of the Architect during the construction phase by the Owner-Architect Agreement and the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction.
The Community Construction Manager will serve as the Companys representative at the work-site in dealings with subcontractors, suppliers, customers and government inspectors while ensuring compliance with all federal and state procedures and regulations, including safety, storm water, and building codes.
