In this role, the selected candidate will provide knowledge transfer of high-level requirements to company product teams and participates in estimating sessions on new development required to meet client requirements.
Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the hr function for given customer/business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan. This role supports inputs into as well as the execution of a strategic workforce plan in their respective area of the business. This role is responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our centers of excellence to deliver effective solutions. This position will support part(s) of functional groups that are comparatively significantly complex.
