Individual will assist customer with special projects as they arise and may include asset management/inventory tracking. This would involve tasks to maintain asset documentation for records of equipment, vendor assignment documentation, spare inventory, installation design plans, project documentation, site survey assessments, work status information, customer contact information, contractual agreements, as well as, financial budgeting, actual costs, financial analysis documents.
This position will require management of customer expectations, communication of expectations throughout the company as well as communication of the company capabilities, recommendations and strategic initiatives to the customer.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine and establish time frame, work plan, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
As part of the Professional Services team, the Program Manager is the lead client-facing relationship manager of large scale programs which enable the customers to realize their strategic business and technical objectives.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.
