This Ingredient Development Scientist will be part of the Ingredient Technologies Group and responsible for the management and operations of analytical instruments and lab / pilot scale processing equipment as directed, along with related data anlaysis and interpretation. The job duties will include developing and managing additional microscopy and spectroscopy capabilities for ADMs Corporate Research Group, in support of ingredient technologies including encapsulation and crystallization.
In this role, you will develop breadth of knowledge in programming (R, Python), Descriptive, Inferential, and Experimental Design statistics, advanced mathematics, and database functionality (SQL, Hadoop)
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare chemically modified proteins and antibodies for a variety of down-stream assay needs; design, execute, and interpret experimental results with some supervision.
