Help develop the US integrated pricing, contracting, market access, payer and channel strategy, creating innovative market access solutions and driving payer policy / advocacy for the neurology portfolio.
Responsibilities include the management of supervisors including the supervision of drivers, dock workers and clerical staff related to the loading, unloading and movement of freight, including all pertinent clerical functions.
Ensures overall goals for production and underwriting profitability are met by analyzing key metrics such as sales conversion rates, average premiums, loss experience, and retention; Communicates results, strategies, and action steps to senior leadership on regular basis.
Provides direction for and supervises the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of site training programs established to improve plant and personnel performance in accordance with Department Descriptions, Policies, Procedures and Process Descriptions.
