The Engineer is responsible for the ongoing technical and process engineering support of products manufactured in the manufacturing operations, along with process engineering initiatives with new equipment.
Design experiments to reflect both small and large - scale manufacturing systems. Author experimental plans, experimental reports and trial authorizations. Execute experiments, plant trials and plans for improving the processes at the site.
The Controls Engineer will design, fabricate and assemble electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls systems including servo motion control and VFD's for special machines and automated processes while interfacing with the customer to coordinate and determine design criteria, performance standards, project schedules and product acceptance for each project.
The process engineer is responsible for leading the successful implementation of multiple initiatives for the development, design, validation and project management of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes including new equipment procurement through installation, process conversions, process equipment lifecycle, all that meet quality and regulatory compliance requirements of pharmaceutical operations.
