Plan and execute on plant layout, process flow, and machine capability improvement; develop and implement standard work documentation and processes; daily support of LDMS tier processes and MVP initiatives.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing all automated systems including robotic systems in the manufacturing areas. This would include modifying and/or creating ladder logic programs and robotic programs.
This is a plant of about 200 people with plans and room to grow. The scope of the activities include projects at this plant and assisting projects at other plants. Travel will be in the 20 to 40% range. The company looks to this individual not only to complete scheduled projects but to make recommendations for improvements in processes and equipment.

Develops, maintains and prepares reports associated with Plant production performance. Identifies key production issues, trends and reports results to Management, Salaried and Hourly personnel on a regular basis.
This position is responsible for engineering design process on assigned projects within a particular discipline. The Project Engineer develops innovative and unique engineering solutions to align with project, client and project partners needs, and leads the discipline team in implementing the solutions.
