The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
Responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assigned objectives and priorities are established and implemented.
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in net new logos into the Enterprise space. Ideal candidates will have a hunter attitude, as well as experience growing and maintaining relationships throughout their territory.
The successful candidate will rigorously utilize Customer Relationship Management software (salesforce.com) as the primary tool to manage day-to-day sales activities (including, but not limited to pre-call plans, detailed contact management, quotations, communication/email tracking, project stage management, etc.).
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
