In this role, the selected candidate will provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to sales engineering management; create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare written quotations using inside selling techniques to quote pricing Involved, in cooperation with, Outside Sales, in developing new business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with key customer contacts at multiple levels. You will identify and align business and IT objectives, discover customer pain points, offer recommendations, and recognize current and future IT needs. You will play an integral part in helping our customers avoid unplanned outages by providing proactive preventative guidance.
