In this role, you will be responsible for labor relations with local UFCW, administration of the collective bargaining agreement and the grievance process. Administers unemployment claims, attends unemployment hearings.
In this role, the selected candidate will be providing guidance to leaders regarding employee matters and workforce planning (i.e. Employee Performance Planning, Promotions, Talent Review/Selection process, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible to provide guidance to leaders regarding employee matters to include performance coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, Human Capital Plans, succession planning, salary planning.
In this role, you will guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.
In this role, you will asked to develop in areas such as succession planning and organizational development. You will also be asked to develop your team to assume greater levels of responsibility within their organization.
