The Senior Project Manager will be responsible fo acquiring resources, capacity planning, coordinating and motivating all stakeholders and team members, contractors and/or consultants to flawlessly complete project deliverables.
In this role, the selected candidate will consult with leadership and team members to determine needs and design solutions accordingly; ensure linkages of learning programs with other HR and talent processes.
The Senior Project Manager will provide exceptional leadership with clear direction and accountability for major capital project installations from initial budget requests and cost estimating, through phased engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in a World Class Manufacturing environment, utilizing established Project Management Standards. Will be responsible for several large projects in unison, completed with the highest regard for safety, environment, quality and reliability, as well as performance ethics.
In this position, you will building a valuable client, contractor, and subconsultant network through personal visits and active participation in client focused organizations and industry related events.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
In this role, you will coordinate, expand on, and complete various duties currently in existence for the ADP such as: maintaining student roster, rotation logistics, planning actuarial community events (charitable, exam recognition), recruiting assistance (graduate job postings, campus visits, scheduling, interviewing logistics), etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage, coordinate, schedule, and oversee metal treatment, plating, and coating projects for customers in aerospace, defense, wind energy, and similar projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for budgeting, quality control, purchasing, procurement, safety and health, personnel management, labor, client, and government relations, safety and regulatory compliance.
