In this role, you will develop and maintain positive, effective relationships with those served, as well as the various communities, regulatory agencies, funding sources, business partners, and other contacts and partners of strategic significance to the cooperative.
In this role, you will be responsible to
develop and manage the staff team: ensure staff culture aligns and supports organizational strategy. Evaluate the current strengths and weaknesses of all key staff and create a plan for individual staff development, including any key changes in organizational structure and roles as needed. Foster organization-wide unity and teamwork.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage calendar: keep track of and update daily schedule, arrange meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements and accommodations, drive boss to appointments and meetings.
