This position is responsible for working directly with our service providers to onboard new customers, including installation of software and hardware, documenting the new environment and transferring knowledge to the service support team.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance.
In this role, the selected candidate provides consultative and hands-on assistance in identifying, evaluating, and recommending CTI / Call Routing solutions that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
In this role, you will partners with stakeholders to create specifications & identify business requirements for systems & solutions to meet business needs -Defines, analyzes & proposes business solutions based on the business needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare user stories, uses cases, acceptance criteria, screen mockups and requirements as needed. Lead the team to develop estimates including all aspects of end to end SDLC process.
