This role ensures that process units operate in a safe, responsible, reliable, and efficient manner to meet the needs of the business. This position focuses on the personal development of direct reports, while providing leadership and setting mid to long term strategic direction in the assigned areas and across the plant.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare user stories, uses cases, acceptance criteria, screen mockups and requirements as needed. Lead the team to develop estimates including all aspects of end to end SDLC process.
In this role, you will review material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, make cycle frequency, replenishment interval, and recommends appropriate levels to support the business/customer requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance.
