The Applications Support Engineer is responsible for web applications providing a proactive approach to deliver optimal performance, stability, and upgrades while working with developers and business associates collaboratively.
In this role, the selected candidate will install, service, and test complex IT networks following stringent real time patient data requirements; troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure acceptable Quality of Service.
In this position, you will support video conference and other A/V related needs in rooms at the customer premise, including integrated A/V systems. Subsequent tasks include various support functions for the clients contract on a national level.
