The Technical Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for FactSets technical openings ranging from entry level college/university hires up through executive level positions.
In this role, you will be responsible for data tracking, and business analytics related to our key talent partnerships, and must have some familiarity with administrative processes and organizational tools (previous ace experience a plus).
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize standard processes and best practices to align human resource initiatives with business objectives; manage and respond to employee relations issues. Demonstrate the ability to counsel employees.
The Strategic Recruiting Project Specialist will play a multi-purpose role in assisting, executing, and developing recruiting processes, presentations, and procedures for a variety of programs and audiences.
