Provide leadership and engage employees in the business through use of the ACE Operating System. This includes leading selected ACE elements that will guide / lead the Fasteners and Seals Team to ACE Gold.

The position will be responsible to: provide end-to-end sourcing services across various internal client groups and categories of goods and services, develop and deliver clear project and category plans with regards to driving cost savings, improving processes, and reducing risk as it relates to the Procurement-related activities within Webster.
In this role, the selected candidate will track forecasted versus actual benefits / KPIs for the Marketing category and be responsible for communicating performance against these measures and their potential impact.

In this position you will manage assigned suppliers and an overall commodity ( supply base ) to ensure ASML is supported by world - class suppliers delivering on time, at spec, and at the lowest total cost.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaboratively manage the supplier base, complete all required contracts and report deliverables to your direct manager (Dir. Logistics Purchasing) as well as the Global Category Team Leaders.
The successful candidate will also utilize their business and finance background to assist the supply chain team in EVMS compliance, transition to Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and to manage the spare parts sales plan.
The Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Tactical (SS&T) Procurement provides leadership to two functional procurement teams, Strategic Sourcing Procurement and Tactical Procurement, reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Procurement Officer.
