In this role, you will be responsible for running the IT Governance meetings and interfacing with Project Leads, Delivery Managers, Project Managers and IT leadership to coordinate the capture of business opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide additional post-implementation support to customers on a tier-2 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating the customer configuration according to changes in the customer environment or operation, and other similar activities).
