The Sr. HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the HR software system that facilitates all HR program delivery and oversee the architecture of all employment data in the HRIS ecosystem.
In this position, you will be required to validate that the sites and systems meet design specifications and requirements at the same time help aid in certain Customer related issues with the same sites and systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will work as a conduit between the Sales Organization and IT Applications team to gather and analyze business needs, create Business Requirement and Functional Specifications Documents, translate business needs into technical specifications.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize the full range of business analyst skills including: user interface, interviewing, workflow analysis, testing documentation, gap analysis and specification writing.
In this role, you will work closely with many finance groups on a team that will conduct root cause analysis of the issues, propose process changes to for a overall solution to issues, and ensure sustainability and documentation of the process changes.
