This position requires the ability to sell and promote our products and services. Job duties will include selling our products and services to new customers, generating new business, cold calling, presenting and demonstrating our products and services, and working with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with regional extended sales team, service team, product specialists, and business units in order to promote a high level of customer service; provide local support for planned customer events throughout the year.
Ensure overall client success and satisfaction from our product and services; conduct ongoing reviews of the client's operations environment to determine needs and opportunities and proactively pursue upselling opportunities.
A minimum of 4 years experience within the hospital, specialty pharma or Biotech market place successfully selling specialized products to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals (i.e.; hematologists, OB/GYN, neurologists, immunologists, etc) is required.
Plan sales and gross profit activities on an ongoing basis. Develop yearly objectives for each of your key accounts to include action plans based on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to place us in the preferred position.
identify new sales prospects within the region enterprise sector, working directly with prospects and channel partners. New logo business will make up the majority of the candidates business however, a select number of existing customer accounts will be allocated to upsell and cross sell incremental elements of the portfolio.
