A minimum of 4 years experience within the hospital, specialty pharma or Biotech market place successfully selling specialized products to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals (i.e.; hematologists, OB/GYN, neurologists, immunologists, etc) is required.
As a Territory Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships (home office); presentations are via face to face client meetings as well as presenting proposals and RFPs. Ideal candidates will need to be able to present to small as well as large clients.
The Territory Sales Manager should have current experience working with or for companies like Hagemeyer, Airgas, Grainger, Fastenal, MSC Industrial, Motion Industries, Blackhawk Industrial and other regional and national industrial distributors.
Establish and build relationships with key personnel at multiple levels in the buying process in order to attain territory sales goals. Build strong channel partner relationships within existing accounts and have the ability to evaluate, appoint and train new channel partners to meet regional business sales objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with marketing and sales operations to take advantage of lead development efforts (outbound lead development reps, inbound lead generation, trade show leads and partnership leads).
