In this role, the selected candidate must have ability to lead the commercial property product features, pricing, compliance and marketing plan. Must have track record developing new rating plans, underwriting rules, process improvements, etc.
Conducting audits, training and instruction, and self-assessments of property at UTRC as well as property at subcontractor locations. Maintain and build positive relationship with the DCMA Property Administrator and Plant Clearance Officer.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze, improve, and develop new products, I.e. product coverages, packages, and features for small and medium sized business properties such as: restaurants, strip malls, garages, machine shops, motels, professional office building, small manufacturing plants, etc.
The property manager coordinates and directs professional, administrative and technical resources in a variety of assignments through clear and consistent communication. The Property Manager exercises independent judgment to select proper courses of action consistent with strictly adhered to company objectives and methods. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Property Management.
