The Sr. HR Generalist executes complex human resource functions including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, affirmative action and salary administration.
In this role, you will manage the day to day activities of the programs while supporting and coordinating efforts with engineering, finance, contracts, program office, major suppliers and multiple IPD teams, with direct interface to the customer.
