This position will interface regularly with TTMs Sales, Development and Pre-Production Engineering departments, it is essential that the candidate be able to effectively balance the communication channels between these departments.

Be the technical lead on new product development teams with responsibility for all aspects of the project, from concept to manufacturing, and significant contact with customers regarding function and design.
In this role, the selected candidate will conceptualize, design and develop new products that will include implants, instrumentation and MIS systems; design products using solid modeling and drafting conventions.
Involves scale-up from bench-top to commercial production, batch processing/compounding, and liquid fill production operations, utilizing advanced problem solving techniques within a continuous improvement environment.
