This person will champion these efforts; from working with a global sales team to internal resources, customer interface, project development to production release. The position is an advocate for the customer and outside sales force (sales are primarily to OEMs but also through distribution), and will managing growth programs through the entire lifecycle.
In this role, the successful candidate will work across the operational and business areas to fully implement Medicare Advantage plans and benefits, oversee system and process enhancements to meet changing regulatory requirements and provide approval and implementation of customized benefits.
As a Product Development Manager you will be responsible for development of new products from concept to implementation, including idea generation, research, form and rate development, business plan development and approval through product launch.
In this role, the selected candidate will be collaborate with Regional and MAs Direct Sales teams, Billing Operations, Training, Human Resources, and Sales Tools and Analytics to ensure understanding and adherence of sales and sales support policies and to address and resolve issues.
