The manager will be responsible for developing, managing and improving the centralized access center; clinical reporting; managing clinical schedules; faculty's clinical onboarding ; recruiting and training of staff and most importantly developing and managing a highly effective, functional and qualified team that provides outstanding care for the Yale patients and their families.
Identifies, coordinates and evaluates all appropriate advertising, traditional and new (internet) media and public relations opportunities; initiates and coordinates vendor support to meet marketing objectives, as required and available.
As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice & Quality Assurance, you will review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement.

Responsible for overall management of the Information Technology support for Western Connecticut Medical Group; oversee strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure that IT strategies are aligned and organizational objectives are met.
The Practice Manager/Administrator will provide leadership and management to the Practice and will be responsible for its day-to-day operations to ensure appropriate systems, policies and procedures are in place to drive quality clinical outcomes, patient, staff and physician satisfaction, and excellent financial performance.
