In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies as a key part of our solution to deliver on client objectives for services categories including professional services, temporary & permanent labor, Legal and Travel.
In this role, you will manage staff, including but not limited to hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate the efforts of a cross functional team, including engineering, strategic sourcing, materials planning, quality and production readiness for successful product strategy and delivery.
The candidate will work with the Value Stream Manager and her/his team to pro-actively identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and assist in the development of plans, which allow us to meet organizational objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute and lead short and long term strategies to support manufacturing and customer requirements. Drive lean transformation throughout the supply chain and continuous improvement in all aspects of the procurement process. Manage relationships with key vendors; prepare forecasts and budget for materials; and track/analyze metrics.
