In this role, the Senior Federal Tax Manager will be responsible for providing tax and advisory services to domestic multi - national clients from Fortune 10, 50 and 100 companies to emerging businesses.
In this role you will prepare and file the federal and state tax returns, prepare and reconcile year-end tax reporting packages, ensure ongoing compliance to state, gift, and value added tax obligations, execute on going tax research and planning activities, and serve as a key point of contact for tax related system enhancements and work-flow/process improvements.
Participation in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques
In this role, you will develop a detailed engagement work plan, illustrating budgets and schedules; monitor project status against the work plan and communicate schedule adjustments to group management.
In this role, you will begin taking on lead client-contact roles, and billing and profitability analysis, on engagements; and you will begin to be involved in marketplace eminence building and pursuits.
