The Security Analyst will be responsible for operating, monitoring and reporting on various security platforms that are used to safeguard company information. This position reports to the Senior IT Security Engineer.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading security efforts for the organization as well as developing policies from scratch, support the operations of the enterprises security solutions by managing their security domain and establishing an enterprise security stance through policy, architecture and training processes.
This position is responsible for implementing a global infrastructure strategy focused on the UTC end-user mobility platform, developing and deploying the supporting architecture, and implementing world class cradle-to-grave support processes. This role is also a key member of the team responsible for leading the introduction of new and innovative technologies to help the UTC businesses increase employee productivity and engagement, and increase integration with backend business processes.
The selected candidate will track change Controls for timely and accurate approvals, monitor Change Controls for timely and accurate closure. The selected candidate will also work and follow the change management process and procedures.
In this role, the successful candidate will develop technical and functional test plans and scripts to validate the successful design, development and implementation of system and reporting deliverables and obtain user sign-off.
In this role, you will responsible for identifying and documenting both functional and non-functional systems requirements, ensuring quality Systems Requirements Documentation ( SRD ) is delivered to the development team.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with SIEM (Security Information Event Management) systems for this analysis and reporting. Should have prior experience working with Splunk (preferred), Carbon Black, or Cylance.
