Provides administrative support to HR personnel, including preparing memos, spreadsheets and/or presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; coordinating travel arrangements; scheduling meetings, events, programs, and activities; preparing agendas; submitting expense reports; organizing and maintaining filing systems; and ordering office supplies.
Assess, evaluate, and anticipate HR needs that meet the requirements of both the employees and the company. Support the overall compensation and benefits programs, HR/payroll support, recruiting, and training.; provide guidance and recommendations to executive management to support a best-in-class HR function.

In this role, the selected candidate will
act as liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety; build strong client relationships and provides quality service in an effort to retain client base.
Manage all team leader/Req. openings. Ensure all policies are being met when sourcing and selecting candidates. Work directly with hiring team leader to provide proper guidance around competencies, capabilities, skills, diversity, and balance of external and internal selections.
Lead onboarding process. Prepare new hire materials. Work with hiring managers on welcome schedule. Identify peer coach and act as secondary peer coach for new hires. Oversee onboarding system tasks. Ensure systems and technology access on first day. Deliver new hire orientation.
